Refund Policy

We want every cup of Oraleaf to feel just right. If something is wrong with your order, please reach out — we'll make it right.

Opened Products

For hygiene and quality reasons, opened products are non-refundable. Refunds are not available for products whose seal has been broken or which have been used.

Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order ID
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or refund after review.

Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may add a few additional days.
